The Iron Mountain Connect homepage gives you access to various Iron Mountain applications, and to components of Iron Mountain Connect Records Management based on your role and the Iron Mountain services that you have access to:
- Records Management
- Report Center: Request and access reports to monitor your records management and shredding programs. Run Inventory, Financial, Retention, and Activity reports on a weekly or monthly basis. Displays if you have been granted access to either the Basic Records Management or Shredding report groups from within your user profile.
- Resources: Your central repository for How To guides and other training materials.
- System Notifications and What’s New: Important notifications and system enhancements.
- Shredding Center: If you have contracted for Iron Mountain’s shredding services, you have access to the Shredding Center.
- Escrow Management Center: If you have contracted for Iron Mountain’s technology escrow services, you have access to the Escrow Management Center.
- Pay Bill: Online access to pay Iron Mountain invoices.
- Retention Schedule: If you have submitted your record retention schedule to Iron Mountain, you are able to access it via this link.
Administrators also have access to:
- Manage Users: Client User Administrators (CUAs) are able to edit and add new users to their company list.
- Resources (Upload Functionality): Client Content Administrators (CCAs) are able to upload a company logo and company documents such as corporate records policies and retention schedules.
